How to Order

Shipping
Normal shipping time is 7-10 business days, orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS (PO and APO Boxes ONLY). You also have the option to provide your shipping account number and preferred carrier. Please note as such in the comment box at checkout.

Payment Terms
First time orders must be paid in advance with a credit card or by PayPal. Up Country accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Order / Re-Order Minimums
We have eliminated our opening and reorder minimums for your convenience. For Net 30 terms, please fax 5 credit references to 401-435-5544. Review process can take 2-6 weeks and you will be notified upon approval.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please note there is a 15% cancelation fee that will be charged to your credit card if an order that is in production is cancelled.

MAP Policy / Guidelines
We recognize that our success is tied to the success of our wholesale customers. As a result, we have established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. Click here to download the PDF read the guidelines.

    Barcoding
    Barcodes come on every product.

    Backorders
    Up Country products may occasionally be on backorder. All backordered items must be reordered.

    Special Packing Requirements
    There may be an added charge for all special packaging, bagging and labeling. Please advise your account manager if you require any of these.

    Color Market and Custom Embroidery
    To order custom embroidery on the Color Market Collection, you must complete the notes section upon checkout with the personalization information. Please note that the phone number will follow the format 888-888-8888 regardless of how it is written. No phone orders are allowed.
